FIELD: metallurgy, namely manufacture and heat treatment of thin-wall parts of magnetic systems of stationary plasma small-thrust propellers, possibly in electrical engineering, instrument making, electronics. SUBSTANCE: in order to achieve necessary results, outer poles of sheet of steel 10880 subjected to work, to abrasive-jet treatment and to chemical nickel plating (8-15 micrometers) were annealed in vacuum at temperature of first stage (940-950)C for 10 minutes and after interim cooling at rate o,5C/s until (850- 860)C were soaked at second stage for 120 minutes. Cooling until 180C was performed at rate (70-80) C/hour; vacuum chamber was discharged at 30C. Such treatment allows to prevent nonplaneness of basic surface, ellipticity by diameter and to receive surfaces with high strength cohesion of deposited materials with base at local single-layer or multilayer application of erosion-resistant, corrosion-proof coatings and coatings with predetermined optical properties. EFFECT: enhanced magnetic properties of parts, high quality characteristics of jet propellers, lowered labor consumption for manufacturing thin-wall parts of magnetic systems. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 4 ex _
