FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment for drying of grain, combined feed and for dehydrating of other bulk and granulated materials.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has two drying chambers with grain stirrers, supercharger, heater, ozonizer, and drying agent conveying channel, drying agent drawing mechanism and two grain conveying channels. Drying agent is successively directed along drying agent conveying channel through supercharger and drying agent ozonizer, second drying chamber, drying agent heater and first drying chamber. According to another version, grain drying apparatus has first drying chamber with grain stirrers, drying agent conveying channel, drying agent supercharger whose input is communicated with open atmosphere, and heater provided with ozonizer and connected to second drying chamber equipped with grain stirrers, first and second grain conveying channels, and drying agent drawing mechanism whose output is communicated with open atmosphere. Supercharger, first drying chamber and drying agent drawing mechanism are connected in series through drying agent conveying channel. Power consumption for operation of such apparatus is reduced by 5-8% and efficiency of apparatus is increased by 5-6%.
EFFECT: increased grain disinfection extent, reduced power consumption and increased efficiency of drying apparatus.
