FIELD: agricultural machine engineering, possibly systems for preparing food grains for storage and processing.
SUBSTANCE: drier includes source(s) of UV- irradiation connected with inlet(s) of UV- irradiation to drying chamber; SHF generator; Г-shaped wave guide-slit type exciter(s) with mutually normal arrangement of half-wave slits. Exciter is secured to lateral wall of respective zone of drying chamber and connected by its inlet with outlet of SHF generator and connected by its outlet with inlet of SHF-energy to drying chamber. Flat reflectors of SHF-energy are mounted in front of half-wave slits in each zone normally relative to incident rays of SHF-energy along distance multiple to preset number of waves of SHF-irradiation. In each zone where drying agent is introduced inlets of drying agent to drying chamber are oriented normally relative to motion direction of food grains in opposite directions from zone to zone near tangent lines of generatrix of inner surface of drying chamber. Surface area of cross sections of outlets of drying agent from drying chamber exceeds surface area of cross sections of inlets of drying agent to drying chamber.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, lowered energy consumption of drier, increased time periods of food grain storage.
