SUBSTANCE: the method consists in forming of a charge of water-proof explosive in the flooded part of the borehole, placement of a gap of foamed polystyrene on the mirror of water displaced upwards and forming of a charge of nonwater-proof explosive on it and tamping the charge of water-proof explosive is formed to the height of static water level, and after the recession of the water displaced by it and settling of the gap of foamed polystyrene with the overlying charge of nonwater-proof explosive onto the charge of water-proof explosive the borehole stemming is formed and added.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of rock breaking due forming of a composite charge with an air gap in a partially flooded borehole.
