FIELD: method for preservation of anthers.

SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes coiling of anthers in cutting day at 93-96°C previously top part up to second tiller three times for 1-2 min with cooling between boiling for 50-80 s and for 15-20 min after the last boiling; then tops of anthers three times for 60-90 s and cooling for 10-15 min; then bottom end boiling up to 3 tiller three times interlacing dipping and cooling for 60 s; cooling after three dipping for 25-40 min, repeating three-time dipping and cooling followed by interlacing wind and hot drying, wherein three-time dipping of bottom end is carried out for 10-45 s, and in second and third day after cutting two hot drying are carried out for 5 h at 70°C or less, and after wind drying anthers are dried in vacuum drier at 50°C or less and pressure of 0.7 atm to residual humidity of 15 %. Method of present invention makes it possible to reduce preservation time from 30-45 to 5 days.

EFFECT: accelerated and simplified method; target product of improved quality.
