FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves modeling intramucous implants from wax, placing the wax composition into cell and substituting wax for polyurethane. Then, the cell is opened and the implants are taken, pours are removed and the implants are finished. Places are traced and recesses are made with feather drill which diameter matches implant base diameter. Self-hardening mass is introduced into the produced holes and the implants are plunged into it. The prosthesis is cleaned by removing small plastic fragments. Prosthesis base is polished around the implants.
EFFECT: high reliability in fixing implants; high mechanical strength; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
