SUBSTANCE: the suggested myodynamic traction should be fulfilled at dynamic contraction and relaxation of muscles in different departments of vertebral column at applying the means for fastening separate body parts with possibility to fix a burden to them with the help of a rope applied over the upper vertical block, moreover, contraction and relaxation of muscles should be fulfilled due to multiple special narrow-local movements, at repeated maximum ranged 15-30 movements at a certain weight of the burden, moreover, the increase of the burden's weight in subsequent approaches is accompanied with the decrease of the repeated maximum up to its primary value. The variants of the declared method provide local traction of different departments of vertebral column, as for complex traction of the whole vertebral column it should be fulfilled at their combined usage. At the traction of local departments of vertebral column it is necessary to apply an appliance of helmet type, a cervico-brachial appliance supplied with fastening to the rope of training equipment. The burden may be from 5 to 12.5 kg, maximum of movements ranged 15-30. The phases of dynamic muscular contractions should be accompanied with active diaphragmatic expiration, relaxation - with passive inhalation. The duration of the mentioned phases corresponds to 1:2. Respiration should be fulfilled at the position of articulation organs being analogous to their position when pronouncing the sound "A" at complete opening respiratory tract at active diaphragmatic expiration. The innovation enables to fulfill the movements in separate vertebral-motor segments, form a muscular corset, correct body posture and decrease the compression of spinal nerves' radicles.
