FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using α-acryloyl chloride or bromide distamycin derivatives for producing drugs possessing radiosensitizing activity and applying an α-acryloyl chloride or bromide distamycin derivative introduced to mammalians for treating them for neoplasia in combination with radiation therapy. Pharmaceutical compositions based on α-acryloyl chloride or bromide distamycin derivatives are applicable as radiosensitizers.
EFFECT: improved synergetic antitumor effectiveness; available both radiosensitizing and cytotoxic activity.
