SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the reactor of mixing and may be used in chemical, petrochemical, microbiologic, biochemical and other industries at realization of the hydromechanical, mass exchange and reaction processes, specially with the high-viscosity liquids. The reactor of mixing contains: the cylindrical body disposed on the axis of body; the driving shaft located along the axis of the body, on which the feed screw is tightened; the heat-exchange jacket; the inlet and outlet fitting pipes of the heat-exchange carrier; the source reactants and the reaction mass. The reactor is supplied with the block of the forced radial-axial mixing made in the form of the set of the plates rigidly fixed on the shafts mounted in the middle part of the feed screw ridges altitude in parallel to the driving shaft and having a capability of rotation by means of the gear wheels disposed on one of their ends and being in the gear meshing with the gear stationary fixed on the wall of the body axial-symmetrically with the driving shaft. The technical result of the invention is the increase of the reaction mass conversion degree at the expense of its forced radial-axial mixing.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased reaction mass conversion degree at the expense of its forced radial-axial mixing.
