SUBSTANCE: device for blocking voltage has switch. Switch consists crawler, which is capable of selective movement between first and second position. Device also has inlet connected with coating material source through flowing medium and outlet connected with sprayer through flowing medium. Device has also reservoir provided with first and second chambers. Inlet and outlet are connected with first and second chambers correspondingly when crawler is at first position and with second and first chamber correspondingly in case when crawler is at second position. Transfer of negative electric potential to coating material source.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of blocking voltage; small size of device.
