FIELD: construction materials industry; building industry; other industries; methods and the devices for machining of the foam-diatomite bricks.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of construction industry and also to the field of production of the heat-insulating materials and may be used for machining of the bricks made out of the diatomite. The technical result of the invention is the raised productivity of the machining, the improved dimensional accuracy of the being processed bricks, the increased ecological safety of the installation. For this purpose the method provides for machining of all the surfaces of the foam-diatomite bricks. At that in the beginning they are machining one greatest surface of the brick. Then - two the most lengthened surfaces, after that - the remained second greatest surface and the butt surfaces. At that machining of each surface is exercised sequentially by two millings. At that one of the millings is used for cutting-out of the rectangular bevel on a part of the surface, and the second millings is used for machining the whole surface. The invention also presents the installation for the method realization.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the raised productivity of the machining, the improved dimensional accuracy of the being processed foam-diatomite bricks, the increased ecological safety of the installation.
