FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with laboratory testing of biological liquids. For evaluating the dynamics of blood system metabolism it is necessary to carry out absorption spectrometry of blood preparation samples followed by the analysis of the amplitudes of the peaks of optic absorption stripes. As blood preparation one should apply aqueous hemolysate of whole blood obtained due to mixing whole blood with distilled water up to concentration of 1/1000-1/500. Spectrometric measurements of optic absorption of blood hemolysate samples should be fulfilled within wave lengths ranged 200-240 nm, 260-280 nm, 340-345 nm, 410-420 nm, 530-570 nm. Upon the dynamics of blood system metabolism one should conclude according to the values and directions in altered amplitudes of the peaks of optic absorption stripes of a patient's blood hemolysate samples in the course of therapy or in the course of the procedures against initial values and normative values. The innovation provides the chance for complex evaluation of the dynamics of blood system metabolism.
