FIELD: equipment for manufacture of fibers.
SUBSTANCE: spinneret feeder has casing delimited by end and side walls and spinneret bottom with spinnerets. For heating of casing members and melt, spinneret feeder is furnished with current leads connected to end walls. Lower perforated heating screen is rigidly fixed with end and side walls within spinneret feeder casing above spinneret bottom, and with spinneret bottom by means of rigidity ribs. Middle perforated heating screen is positioned above lower perforated heating screen and is rigidly fixed with end and side walls. Upper perforated heating screen is fixed above middle perforated heating screen and rigidly secured with end walls, said upper screen being rigidly secured with middle screen along perimeter thereof and by means of rigidity ribs. Upper part of upper perforated heating screen, which serves as main working zone, is made sine-shaped and having profile described by function y=sin x, having at least three ridges and one slot therebetween. Arrangement of upper heating screen relative to middle heating screen and sectional areas of spinneret feeder zones defined between upper and middle screens (S1), middle and lower screens (S2), lower heating screen and spinneret bottom (S3) are determined by the following dependences: h=(0.6-0.8)HS1:S2:S3=0.9-1.0:1.2-1.5:1.1-0.9, where h is distance from abscissa of sine-shaped profile of upper heating screen to middle heating screen; H is distance from ridge apex of sine-shaped profile of upper heating screen to middle heating screen.
EFFECT: increased stability of fiber processing.
