FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: continuous fibre from rocks characterised by low breakage (less than 1 break per 20 kg of stretched fibre), is produced maintaining temperature of mirror melt in furnace in range of 1550-1600°C, in feeder - in range of 1480-1530°C, and melt from feeder bottom is extracted through slot in feeder bottom in the form of tape with temperature of 1350-1400°C. Feeder bottom is adjoined with ceramic holder for bushing assembly equipped with longitudinal opening, size of which correspond to size of feeder slot and transverse profile of which corresponds to transverse profile of bushing assembly. From slot melt is supplied via longitudinal opening onto relief and flat electric heated perforated screens of bushing assembly, which multiply separate melt into multiple jets, which move at various angles, at the same time melt temperature is maintained in the range of 1280-1320°C up to surface of bushing assembly.

EFFECT: reduced breakage of fibre.
