FIELD: production of cement clinker.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preheating raw cement mix and roasting it in plant including cyclone preheater and furnace. At least part of raw cement mix is withdrawn from cyclone preheater and is introduced into separate unit where it is kept for definite period of time under oxidizing conditions ensured by flow of gas for forming SO2 and for separation of organic carbon. SO2 thus obtained and separated organic carbon are discharged from separate unit by entrapping them by flow of gas for further treatment at subsequent stage of process. Specification gives description of plant proposed for realization of this method.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; reduction of emissions of volatile organic compounds without consumption of additional energy for heating.
