FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of compound of the formula (I): wherein each radical among R1, R2, R3 and R4 means independently of one another hydrogen atom or (C1-C4)-alkyl; each A and E means independently of one another (C1-C2)-alkylene that can be substituted one-four times with (C1-C4)-alkyl group; M+ means alkaline metal ion, alkaline-earth metal ion or ammonium ion. Method involves interaction of compound of the formula (II): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, A and E have values given for compound of the formula (I) with an oxidizing agent chosen from peracids or hydrogen peroxide to form compound of the formula (III): wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, A and E have values given for compound of the formula (I) and the following conversion of compound of the formula (III) to salt of compound of the formula (I), or in the presence of a base chosen among trialkylamines, anhydrous sodium hydroxide, sodium hydrocarbonate or potassium hydrocarbonate, and catalytically effective amount of cyanide, or in the presence of alkaline metal alcoholate, or alkaline-earth metal alcoholate or hydroxide. Also, invention relates to compound of the formula (III) and its using for synthesis of compound of the formula (I). Invention provides preparing bicyclic 1,3-diketone salts by economy method with the high yield and good quality.
