FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy industry; other industries; methods of the decentralized dry purification of the gas-dust outbursts from electrolyzers used for production of aluminum.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the aluminum production by electrolysis of the melt salts, in particular, to purification of the gas-dust outbursts from electrolyzers - and may be used for reduction of the outbursts from the bodies of the electrolyzers. The method provides that gathering and transportation of the gases in the gas pipes per one gas-purifying installation is exercised from one electrolyzer. First they feed of the alum earth in the gas stream in front of the filter to adsorb the harmful substances by alum earth in the gas stream and by the filter. The filter allows to separate the fluorinated -alum earth and in the purified gas. The produced fluorinated alum earth is returned in the source electrolyzer. The collected and transported gases- from one electrolyzer are fed into the gas-purifying installation disposed- on the electrolyzer, either into the gas-purifying installation mounted in the direct proximity from the electrolyzer, or into the gas-purifying installation, -which part of the components is installed on the electrolyzer, and the rest part is disposed -in the immediate proximity from it. The method ensures the high efficiency of the sealing of the electrolysis bath, reduction of the dust-gas outbursts and return- in the process of the electrolysis of the additional quantity of the fluorinated compounds - and the alum earth-.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the high efficiency of the sealing of the electrolysis bath, reduction of the dust-gas outbursts, return- of the additional quantity of the fluorinated compounds - and the alum earth- in the process of the electrolysis.
