SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to cut ½-3/4 skin perimeter of the desired size of the planned skin-fascial flap in projection of the nourishing vascular bundle and its branches. One should lift and fold the split skin flap towards intact side by keeping vascular bonds of intracutaneous vessels with the vessels of surrounding tissues of intact side. Moreover, it is necessary to dissect deep layers of skin and subcutaneous fiber to open underlying fascia. The split skin flap should be applied onto wound surface and fixed there. The innovation suggested enables to obtain the flap of guaranteed absence of hair growth.
