SUBSTANCE: part in a subcutaneously-fatty layer of a tissue by stratification, forming plural tunnels, find out and allocate perforans arterial, venous and lymphatic vessels, dissecting septum between the generated tunnels. Separate a mobilised dermal-fatty flap round the allocated vessels and deeper tissues with slantwise-vertical movements of the instrument jaws, serially changing location of the instrument and separation direction. Form the bridge-like flap including a branch of a facial nerve, deep layers of a hypodermic fatty tissue and a superficial fascia. Perform further mobilisation of the flap of superficial muscularly-fascial system below the generated bridge-like flap, pull the mobilised flap under the generated bridge-like flap under a superficial leaf of a temporal fascia, pull and fix it to the deep fascia above the bridge-like flap.

EFFECT: reduction of risk of squeesing of branches of a facial nerve and improvement of a lymphatic drainage from the mobilised tissues.
