FIELD: microbiology, biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method involves addition of mineral salts comprising biologically active trace elements - manganese, zinc, iodine and copper in the following required concentrations, mg/dm3: 0.25; 5.0; 1.25 and 0.5, respectively, in defatted milk in the culturing process of lactic acid microorganisms. This procedure reduces time for formation of clot, promotes to increasing amount of lactic acid microorganism cells.
EFFECT: improved culturing method of microorganisms.
