SUBSTANCE: station transmits data transfer channel signal and control channel signal when data to be transferred over data transmission channel are available for mobile communication system; downlink data to be transferred to mobile station over data transmission channel are checked for availability in base station and if data designed to be transferred over data transmission channel are not available within predetermined time, downlink control channel signal is gated according to desired diagram using or not signal strobing.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability of servicing high-speed data transfer and voice signal transmission.
