FIELD: forensic medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one should separate soft tissues of neck and face and those of hair-bearing part of the head, disconnect the joint between the 1st and the 2nd cervical vertebrae, lance from one side the capsule of temporal-mandibular joint, and from the opposite side it is necessary to notch the muscle in area of temporal-mandibular joint, place mandibular aside, clean all the bones of external cranial bottom and their processes against soft tissues, lance cervical vertebrae and external cranial bottom, detect construction fracture of cranial bottom at mandibular kick in case of the destructed body of the main bone and disposition of pterygoid processes at blunt angle against the body of the main one and distribution of the fissures towards occipital bone. The innovation enables to evaluate the state of external cranial bottom totally.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
