FIELD: electrical industry; other industries; methods and the devices of production of the source voltage of the inserted electric heaters for the electric clutches.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the electrical industry and may be used for creation of the compact light highly-productive installations for welding of the plastic pipes by the electric clutches with the inserted electric heating components. The method consists that the voltage of the primary network, in that case, if it is alternating, is rectified, converted into the high frequency voltage and fed to the loading - the clamps of the inserted electric heater. The voltage feeding to the loading is exercised through the high-frequency transformer directly or through the rectifier. Adjusting of the effective voltage value on the loading is conducted by means of control over the time of operation of the high-frequency transducer on each cycle of the rectified network voltage; in the case of supply of the constant voltage - by the time of operation of the transducer within the preset time. The device for realization of the method contains the sequentially connected rectifier, the transducer of the direct voltage into alternating voltage controlled by the clock-pulse generator, the high-frequency transformer and the output rectifier. There is also the timer regulating the effective value of the output voltage. Usage of the high-frequency transducer allows to diminish the overall dimensions and weight of the voltage source, and the high-frequency current pulsation in the coils of the inserted electric heaters ensure overlay of the ultrasonic oscillations on the welding seam area, facilitating the improved weldability and quality of the seam.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the diminished overall dimensions and weight of the voltage source, the overlay of the ultrasonic oscillations on the welding seam area facilitating the improved weldability and quality of the seam.
