FIELD: railway transport; traffic control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organization and control of traffic, namely, to track devices interacting with train and set into action by magnetic devices when necessity arises to fix moment of passing of wheel set along preset section of track. Proposed track transducer contains rectangular-shape magnetic circuit whose length is equal to distance between necks of opposite rails of track section. End faces of magnetic circuit are in contact with necks of said rails. Electric circuit, consisting of series-connected inductance coil and resistor, is connected to ac voltage source, and analog-to-logic signal converter is connected in parallel to resistor. Resistance of magnetic circuit of track transducer consisting of magnetic circuit, rails and wheel set does not depend on mass and geometrical dimensions of flanges, so functioning of track transducer does not depend on parameters of flanges.
EFFECT: improved reliability of track transducer in operation.
