SUBSTANCE: suggested method of cloth production for paper making machines or technical cloth comprises application of polymer resin material on preliminarily selected spots on bottom base with the help of matrix, which deposits polymer material in drops having average diameter of 10 microns or more. Preliminarily selected spots may present, for instance, knots arranged on the surface of cloth by weaving, its threads or slots between these threads. Hardening of polymer resin material may be provided with the help of mediums corresponding to its composition. Optionally, it is possible to carry out abrasive treatment of polymer resin material located higher that the plane of bottom base surface, with even thickness.
EFFECT: provision of control of functional properties of cloth, such as permeability and resistance to abrasive wear.
