FIELD: paper-making industry.
SUBSTANCE: gum-impregnated endless tapes intend for application in paper-making machine. According to method, material to be consumed is applied in form of drops onto base-substrate in form of preset pattern. Average diameter of drops equals to 10 microns and smaller. Polymer gum is deposited onto base-substrate to cover all areas excluding those where material to be consumer was applied before. The polymer gum material is hardened by means of aids matching to its composition and after it material to be consumed is removed from base-substrate. Polymer gum material can be selectively subjected to abrasive treatment to imply uniform thickness and smooth macroscopic monoplanar surface to tape.
EFFECT: exclusion of separate technological step of forming of non-filled area in form of groves and openings at external surfaces of endless tape structures.
