SUBSTANCE: pressure stabilizer has casing 1 linked with connecting branch pipes 2 by means of prechambers-adapters 3. Round cylindrical head 4 having perforations 5 are mounted in prechambers along longitudinal axis. On side of prechambers, heads are provided with perforated blanks 6. Head 7 may be made in form of truncated cone on side of branch pipe of opposite direction relative to oil-well pump. Dampening members consisting of section of flexible pipes 8 having elliptical cross section and round cylindrical ends, as well as round cylindrical pipes 9 with perforations 10 located coaxially relative to flexible tubes are provided with taper perforated heads 11 fastening perforated pipes 9 with flexible pipes 8; they are also used for securing the round cylindrical ends of flexible pipes in holes of transverse partitions 12 fitted in succession on inner surface of casing.
