SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for temporomandibular joint arthropuncture. Temporomandibular joint arthropuncture device comprises a positioning spatial frame, made on the basis of computer simulation data for adherence to soft tissues of the patient's face, on the distal end of which there are guide sleeves for needles. Positioning frame comprises upper and lower bearing half-arcs connected by inclined stiffness webs, to the proximal ends of which the upper and lower dental trays are fixed by their central part, united by vertical braces.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows to provide an increase in the accuracy of positioning the needles during the arthropuncture of the temporomandibular joint, reducing the length of the operation, reducing the invasiveness of the procedure and patient’s discomfort.
