SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology. Perform a puncture with a puncture needle under the supervision of an ultrasound study to determine the location of the bulky neoplasm. In this case, after preliminary ultrasound examination, tumors are fixed with a label on the skin to exclude the presence of large vessels at the puncture site. Minimum distance between objects is no more than 1 cm between the skin and neoplasm, not less than 1 cm between the needle and the vessels, on an ultrasound scanner. Puncture needle is inserted at right angles to the skin, and to the lesion at an angle of 45° with continuous ultrasound imaging of the needle to conduct a puncture biopsy in the central part of the neoplasm.
EFFECT: method has high accuracy, reduces the likelihood of complications.
