SUBSTANCE: proposed clay phosphate material contains loam, iron-containing waste of metallurgical process containing Fe (II) at residue on sieve No.008 of 7-11% and concentrated solution of orthophosphoric acid in used lubricant-and-coolant having density of 1.25-1.30 g/cm³ and containing the components at the following ratio, mass-%: orthophosphoric acid, 34-40; used lubricant-and-coolant, 60-66 at the following ratio of material components, mass-%: loam, 68-70; iron-containing waste, 6-8; the remainder being said solution.

EFFECT: slow setting terms at retained waterproofness.
