FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to construction materials and may be used in manufacture of building blocks in civil and industrial construction. Clay-phosphate material containing clay loam, iron-containing waste of metallurgical production with oversize particles on strainer No 008 7-11 wt %, containing oxide Fe(II), orthophosphoric acid totally 1.24-1.25 g/cm3, additionally containing waste of copper melting production with oversize particles on strainer No 008 7-10%, containing wt %: SiO2 - 31.0; Fe2O3 - 57.9; Al2O3 - 3.2; CaO - 1.4; FeO - 1.1; MgO - 0.7; ZnO - 2.4; CuO - 1.0; MnO -0.10; TiO2 - 0.7; PbO - 0.5, with the following ratio of the components, wt %: clay loam - 40-45, said iron-containing waste - 6-8, said waste of copper melting production - 30 - 35, orthophosphoric acid 1.24-1.25 g/cm - the rest.
EFFECT: enhanced strength of clay-phosphate material with preserved water-proofing properties.
