FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of building blocks.
SUBSTANCE: proposed clay phosphate material contains loam, iron-containing waste of metallurgical process with Fe (II) oxide at residue on sieve No. 008 of 7-11%, orthophosphoric acid at density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3; material additionally contains residue of city waste water at the following ratio, mass-%: SiO2 - 23.0-24.0; Al2O3 - 13.8-14.1; Fe2O3 -13.1-13.8; MgO - 0.05-0.12; CaO - 5.3-5.8; K2O - 0.76-0.81; Na2O - 0.56-1.3; SO3 - 3.8-4.1; ZnO - 6.3-7.8; CuO - 6.8-7.4; NiO - 1.9-6.2; MnO - 1.6-9.35; CdO -0.6-5.5; H2O - the remainder at the following ratio of components, mass-%: loam, 50-53; iron-containing waste of metallurgical process with Fe (II) oxide at residue on sieve No. 008 of 7-11%, 4-8; said residue, 20-23; the remainder being orthophosphoric acid at density of 1.24-1.25 g/cm3.
EFFECT: reduced heat conductivity of material at retained water proofness.
