SUBSTANCE: clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing waste from metallurgical production, containing Fe(II) oxide with a residue of 7% on sieve No.008, contains a mixture of orthophosphoric acid with chromium plating waste containing wt.%: CrO₃ - 7.11, SiO₂ - 2.21, CuO - 1.72, FeO - 1.59, NiO - 1.26, Al₂O₃ - 1.22, CaO - 0.30, MgO - 0.10, Na₂O - 0,08, K₂O - 0.04, H₂O - balance, having a density of 1.27 g/cm³, with the following ratio of liquid components, wt.%: concentrated phosphoric acid - 65, chromium plating waste - 35, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: loam - 65-67, iron-containing waste from metallurgical production containing Fe(II) oxide with a residue of 7% on sieve No.008 - 7-9, the balance being the said mixture.

EFFECT: slowing down the setting time of the clay phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
