FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of building blocks in industrial and civil construction. Solution to this problem is achieved by the fact that clay-phosphate material containing loam, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7 %, contains a mixture of orthophosphoric acid with wastes of cleaning boilers of a thermal power plant, containing wt. %: V2O5 – 19.04; Ni2O3 – 15.04; Al2O3 – 7.3; Fe2O3 – 3.87; MnO2 – 1.21; PbO2 – 1.08; Cr2O3 – 1.02; ZnO – 0.98; Mg(OH)2 – 0.93; Ca(OH)2 – 0.51; H2O is the rest, having density of 1.21 g/cm3, with the following ratio of liquid components, wt. %: concentrated orthophosphoric acid – 65, waste of cleaning boilers of a thermal power plant – 35, at the following ratio of components, wt. %: loam – 50-52, iron-containing wastes of metallurgical production, containing Fe (II) oxide with residue on sieve No. 008 of 7 % – 3-5, said mixture – the rest.
EFFECT: slowing down the setting time of the clay-phosphate material while maintaining water resistance.
