FIELD: petrochemical industry; other industries; methods of formation of the electro-magnetic radiation with the high intensity of the field for pretreatment of the multi-phase material before its following treatment.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the microwave pretreatment of the multiphase material before its subsequent treatment. The treatment of the material provides for the first and second phases. The method of treatment includes the electromagnetic heating of the material with usage of the microwave radiation with creation of the power density, at least, of 109 W/m3 at the continuous realization of the process. The material is fed in the area of the microwave treatment and moves through it. The material is exposed to the action of the microwave radiation in the area of the microwave treatment during the time of the order of 0.5 second or less before its transportation from this area for the following treatment. The technical result of the invention is creation of the process of the preliminary treatment of the great volumes of the multiphase materials with the high productivity.
