FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mining industry, and namely to underground gasification method. Horizontal or inclined well sections are located in coal bed. There performed is wells' breakthrough, coal ignition in flame channel and air-blast supply. There discharged is productive gas thus arranging pipelines on horizontal sections of wells and moving their outlet holes along the well as the coal is degassed. Bed sections of wells are formed by bending end sections of inclined vertical wells drilled from the surface, which are drilled till they cross pit edge or edge of inclined working covering the coal area. Length of bed sections of wells exceeds distance between them. Wells are located near bed bottom and formed with big diametre; for this purpose directed drilling plants are used. Flame channel is made along design boundary of protective pillar kept near pit edge or edge of inclined working. Vertical wells are drilled from surface to volume of coal bed, which is arranged above wells forming a gas generator, within its design outline, beginning from the side of gas generator, on which a flame channel is located. Unworked coal is saturated through the above vertical wells with liquid carbon dioxide; after that heads of wells are sealed.

EFFECT: providing stable production of high-calorific gas with high gasification completeness of coal bed reserves irrespective of its height and coal strength, and simplifying the method's implementation.
