FIELD: heat-and power industry; mechanical engineering; other industries; devices for utilization of the heat of the withdrawing air and at the process of cooling of the boiling circulating water.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices for utilization of the heat of the withdrawing air and at the process of cooling of the boiling circulating water devices for utilization of the heat of the withdrawing air and at the process of cooling of the boiling circulating water (in the capacity of the water-cooling tower), and also for the adiabatic cooling and humidification of the air in the systems of ventilation and conditioning. The utilizer of the heat with the boiling layer contains the metal body, the separator, the water distributor, the spray jets, the mobile head made out of the hollow plastic balls, the underpan and the support lattice. At that in the body additionally there are the guide apparatus and the float valve, and on the support lattice there is the mounted vibrator. Each of the spray jets consists of the body with the inlet opening, the cover, the sealing insert placed between the body and the cover, the spring disposed between the cover and the swirler made in the form of the overturned bottom up cylindrical sleeve mounted with respect to the body with the annular. At that the swirler has, at least, two rows of the throttle holes, and in each row there are, at least, two uniformly disposed on the swirler annular wall tangential throttling holes, and in the lower part of the body there is the installed made in the form of the conical washer nozzle insert with the metering hole coaxial with the cylindrical surface of the swirler and the conicity inversive to the conicity of the conical washer of the insert. The technical result of the invention is the increased effectiveness and reliability of the production process by increasing degree of spattering of the liquid by the spray jets.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased effectiveness and reliability of the production process.
