FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a non-invasive diagnostic technique for tubulointerstitial fibrosis (TIF) in the patients suffering focal segmental gromelurosclerosis (FSGS). Substance of the technique consists in examining FSGS patients' urine in a mass-spectrograph; developing TIF is diagnosed if the urine is stated to contain TGF β2 and/or cystatin B proteins.
EFFECT: using the declared technique enables the effective diagnosing of developing TIF.
