FIELD: physics, radio.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns radio engineering and communication field and can be used as the device of amplification of analogue signals, in structure of analogue microcircuits of various functional purpose (for example, high-speed operational amplifiers (OA)). The cascode differential amplifier (CDA) contains first (1) and second (2) access transistors (T), output current mirror (3), which inlet is related to the collector of first (1) input T, and the exit is connected to collector second (2) input T and to exit (4) CDA, a radiant of a voltage of bias (5), connected to datums of first (1) and second (2) input T, first controllable source of pedestal current (PCS) (6) which output is related to the emitter of first (1) input T and first (7) inlet CDA, second controllabled PCS (8) which output is related by the emitter second (2) input T and second (9) inlet CDA. The scheme has first (10) and second (11) additional two-terminal networks, and first (10) additional two-terminal network it is included between an inlet of first (6) controllabled PCS and the emitter of second (2) input T, and second (11) additional two-terminal network is included between an inlet of second (8) controllabled PCS and the emitter of first (1) input T.
EFFECT: expansion of the linear operation range.
