FIELD: phase synchronization systems.
SUBSTANCE: system can be used for phase automatic tuning and stabilization of frequency of generators. System has generator based upon long Joseph's junction (JJ), two cooled HEMT generators, harmonic mixer based upon superconductor-insulator-superconductor (SIS) junction, reference synthesizer efficient within 19-20 Hz frequency range, phase detector made on base of tunnel SIS junction, lower frequency loop LC-filter, reference frequency synthesizer operating within 0,1-1 GHz. Phase detector, JJ generator, harmonic mixer, two cooled HEMT amplifiers and lower frequency loop LC-filter are disposed inside cryogenic cryostat.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of synchronization; reduced delay of signal in loop of phase automatic tuning frequency.
