SUBSTANCE: device contains tunable cryogenerator, phase detector, loop LCR low pass filter, reference frequency synthesizer in range of 10-30 GHz, at that phase detector is integrated at one integrated circuit with tunable cryogenerator and loop LCR filter is either integrated in the same integrated circuit or located nearby.
EFFECT: enhancement of synchronisation band for frequency stabilisation due reduction of signal delay time in loop of frequency stabilisation and reduction of heat generation in this system.
