FIELD: superconductor electronics.
SUBSTANCE: cryogenerator of local oscillator is designed for integrated spectrometer of submillimetric waves with phase locking system performed as integrated circuit, consisting of long Josephson junction, harmonic mixer performed on separate Josephson junction, and superconducting elements for joint and impedance matching. Both Josephson junctions are designed on basis of superconducting tunnel structure Nb-AlN-NbN.
EFFECT: expansion of frequency margin of superconducting cryogenerator of local oscillator.
