FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of novel elements and devices in superconducting electronics and designing, based thereon, ultra-sensitive receiving devices with high spectral resolution and can be used in designing onboard and ground-based systems for radio astronomy and monitoring the Earth's atmosphere, as well as medical research and security systems. In a superconducting integrated receiver, electric contacts between operating components of the microcircuit and the bias printed-board circuit, which serves to generate receiver control current, are made from wire in form of point contacts, wherein one wire makes more than one successive contact points.

EFFECT: low heat release in the system, eliminating the need for further adjustment of the operating mode of the superconducting receiver, which includes multiple operating parameters, improved receiving and spectral characteristics of the device.
