FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy. The method consists in melting of charge materials and casting of melt in a preliminary heated casting mold; both operations are performed in two-chamber vacuum-induction furnace. Casting of the mold with melt is carried out at the rate of 20-50 kg/min into a ceramic coated mold with a sprue-feeding system or in a mold of cast graphite with a sprue cup. As alloys on nickel and/or cobalt base alloys of system Me-Cr-Al, Me-Cr-Al-Y are used, where Me-Ni, Co or Ni-Co. Casting of mold is carried out at the temperature of melt 1420 - 1600°C. Charge materials contain up to 60% of cast wastes.
EFFECT: increased metal use factor and increased efficiency of cast blanks.
