FIELD: medicine, analytical biochemistry, microbiology.

SUBSTANCE: method involves isolation of DNA by heating mycobacteria at 95°C for 12 min in TE-buffer, pH 8.0. Prepared amplicons are treated with restrictase Hin 6I (volume of amplicons for restriction reaction is 17 mcl, restriction time is 1 h 10 min). Products of restriction are separated in agarose gel followed by analysis of restriction patterns of species to be studied. Invention provides increasing safety of DNA and to obtain the distinct picture of restriction analysis.

EFFECT: improved method for identification of mycobacteria.
