FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention reveals a method of detection of pathogenic micobacteria in clinical samples, such as sputum, spinal liquid, samples of a gastric lavage, biopsy material tissues etc. by means of PCR, and used for this agent. The new fragment of DNA which lays in intergene area between gene of synthase of methyl-mycole acids mmaA1 and mmaA2, and flanking area of genes mmaA1 and mmaA2 which is DNA-target for specific amplification of DNA-target in clinical samples with application of a pair of designed oligonucleotide primers is taped, nucleotide which sequence is presented in demand materials.
EFFECT: invention provides detection of micobacteria of tuberculosis in any clinical samples obtained from the patient.
