FIELD: polymeric pipe production, particularly to manufacture polymeric pies reinforced with metal or other frames.
SUBSTANCE: method for pipe production by extrusion molding operation involves performing pipe welding by several roller electrode pairs simultaneously, wherein number of electrode pairs is equal to number of spiral pairs. Welding current is supplied independently to each electrode pair. Number of electrode pairs is equal to n/2, where n is number of reinforcing spirals. Central angle α of each pair defined between electrodes and transversal reinforcing spirals in points of electrode contact therewith is equal to 120-240°. Welding current is alternately supplied to each electrode pair through current-supply commutators. Device for continuous pipe production additionally has reels, roller electrodes and current-supply commutators. Number of reel pairs is equal to number of reinforcing spiral pairs, electrode pairs and current-supply commutator pairs. Device also has extruded pipe delivery mechanism. Number of electrode pairs is equal to n/2, where n is number of reinforcing spirals. Central angle α of each pair defined between electrodes and transversal reinforcing spirals in points of electrode contact therewith is equal to 120-240°. Each roller electrode is carried by lever having eccentric rotary support. Levers of each pair from one side of eccentric rotary supports have counterweights. Other sides thereof are connected with each other by means of pneumatic cylinders with welding force indication and control means. Roller welding electrodes of each pair are serially connected with each other, with mandrel and current source.
EFFECT: increased strength, productivity and service life, as well as decreased costs of pipe production.
