FIELD: manufacture of polymer tubes reinforced by solid metal reinforcing member by extrusion molding; manufacture of tubes for transportation of aggressive liquid and gaseous media. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes molding polymer tube 1 in first extruder followed by activating the outer surface of this tube either by machining or heat treatment or by application of polymer layer, for example by winding polymer film on hot polymer tube 1 or spraying molten polymer on tube 1, thus obtaining activated layer 2 on outer surface of polymer tube 1. Spiral layer 3 made from wire, tape or cord is placed on activated layer 2 of tube 1 at preset pitch. Then, longitudinal reinforcing members are fed to spiral layer 3, thus forming layer of longitudinal reinforcement on which outer spiral layer of reinforcing wire 6 is wound. Layer 6 is welded to longitudinal reinforcement 5 by electric contact method, thus obtaining rigid framework 4 located on flexible spiral layer 3. Rigid framework 4 and flexible layer 3 form strength member 7 mounted on polymer tube 1. Strength member 7 is introduced in thermostat together with tube 1 where they are heated to temperature close to polymer melting point excluding deformation of inner polymer tube 1. Then, heated strength member 7 is delivered to molding chamber of extruder where melt of extruded polymer 8 is also fed. Polymer tube 1 performs function of inner molding chamber over whose activated surface monolith is formed from polymer of inner tube 1 and melt of extruded polymer 8. Sleeve is used as outer surface of molding chamber. EFFECT: reduced power requirements and labor consumption; enhanced reliability of tube. 1 dwg
