SUBSTANCE: fast food contains buckwheat flakes produced by hydrothermal processing of buckwheat groats, dried vegetable cream, salt, vegetable fat, fried and dried onion, dried parsley, sodium glutamate, and vegetable or meat-and-vegetable canned foods, said components being used in predetermined ratio.
EFFECT: fast food product readily reduced by means of hot water and ready to eat in a few minutes.
