FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fireproof concrete mixture FCM is intended for lining of various heating units, for instance, shelters of main and transport chutes of blast furnace production, reinforcement layer of intermediate buckets, repairs of suspended domes of continuous furnaces. FCM contains, wt %: andalusite - 31-39, including: fractions 0-1 mm - 12-17, fractions 160 mcm -19-22, annealed fireproof clay of fraction 1-7 mm with content of Al₂O₃ of at least 45 wt % - 45-53, reactive alumina - 9-12, finely dispersed silica - 2.0-3.5, highly aluminous cement - 2.0-3.5, sodium tripolyphosphate (over 100%) - 0.12-0.15, citric acid (over 100%) - 0.012-0.015, organic fibre (over 100%) - 0.06-0.15.

EFFECT: reduction of apparent density, improved heat insulation properties of concrete from FCM.
